Demetrio has proven skills and experience providing strategic and tactical direction to manufacturing plants and engineering organizations within global footprint industries.

He is specialist on developing high efficiency, lean organizations with metric driven, disciplined management systems that yield improvements in cost, quality, profitability, asset management and customer satisfaction and Managing of electronic manufacturing sites for multinational organization.

Currently he is running his own company: Future Engineering and Manufacturing (ETTO) wich provides ODM services for technology solutions on niche markets as smart grid and education. He has worked as VP of Operations for Sanmina-SCI, Country Manager for Plexus Group and as Operations Manager at Jabil Circuits Mexico.

Sergio is technical leader in the verification of GE Aviation software products.

He has over 11 years of experience in the development and verification of embedded airborne software, specially, in the definition of process and tools. Prior to joining GE, he was involved with the development of embedded systems for the oil and gas industry.

Recently, Sergio participated as lecturer in software engineering requirements at UAQ and is member of the IEEE's Computer Society and the Engineering Management Society.
